IEWC Acquires Bevco Engineering Company, Inc.

IEWC, a global distributor of wire, cable and wire-management products, has acquired Bevco Engineering Company, Inc., a Wisconsin-based designer and manufacturer of electrical control systems and control panels. The deal adds Bevco’s engineered control-system design and automated manufacturing capabilities to IEWC’s product and value-add solutions offering, expanding IEWC’s capabilities across medical, data center and industrial end markets.
