Mobius Renewables, backed by funds managed by IFM Investors, completed the acquisition of Air Liquide’s biogas production activities across the United States, France, Norway, and Sweden. The deal includes operating landfill gas-to-RNG sites in the U.S., farm waste digestion sites in France, and a 51% stake in Norway- and Sweden-based Redo Biosolutions.

Infrastructure, has acquired a controlling interest in Northern Biogas, a Morgantown, West Virginia–based waste-to-renewable natural gas company that develops, builds, owns and operates anaerobic digester and RNG facilities. The investment will support Northern Biogas’ development pipeline of dairy, landfill and food-waste RNG projects across the U.S. as the company scales its construction, operations and service capabilities.

Chevron Acquires Equity Interest in American Natural Gas LLC (Beyond6) from Mercuria

Chevron U.S.A. Inc. closed its previously announced acquisition of an equity interest in American Natural Gas LLC (operator of the Beyond6 CNG fueling network), acquiring a network of about 60 compressed natural gas stations across the United States from Mercuria Energy Trading. The deal expands Chevron's alternative-fuels footprint and supports its strategy to grow lower-carbon and renewable natural gas distribution capabilities.
