IFS has completed the acquisition of UK-based mplsystems Limited and Field Service Management Limited to strengthen its Service Management and customer engagement capabilities. mplsystems provides omni-channel contact centre and customer engagement software, while Field Service Management Limited is an IFS implementation specialist in the UK and Ireland; both teams will join IFS's UK operations to bolster sales, consulting and support.
