Arrowroot Capital Leads $20M Growth Investment in Ayla Networks

Ayla Networks, an enterprise IoT platform provider based in Milpitas, California, raised $20 million in a growth equity round led by Arrowroot Capital with participation from existing investors Trinity Power Limited, Voyager Capital and SJF Ventures. The proceeds will be used to accelerate sales and marketing, product innovation, and geographic expansion; Arrowroot's Thomas Oh will join Ayla's board and Cascadia Capital served as Ayla's exclusive financial advisor.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
