iLearningEngines to Go Public via Merger with Arrowroot Acquisition Corp

iLearningEngines, an AI-powered learning automation and enterprise “knowledge cloud” platform, entered into a merger agreement with Arrowroot Acquisition Corp. to list on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol AILE. The $100 million minimum cash requirement is funded through the SPAC trust and a private convertible offering with participation from Arrowroot Capital and other institutional investors, with proceeds intended primarily for M&A and growth.
