Ilion Capital Partners has acquired Mid States Supply, a Kansas City–headquartered value-added distributor of valves, pipes and fittings, from Staple Street Capital. The transaction represents an exit for Staple Street and gives Ilion a platform to support further growth and capability expansion in valve modification and industrial distribution services.
