IMA Financial Group Acquires Parker, Smith & Feek

IMA Financial Group announced it has acquired Washington-based Parker, Smith & Feek effective November 1, 2021, adding about 330 employees and expanding IMA’s national footprint across the Pacific Northwest, Alaska and Hawaii. Parker, Smith & Feek will retain its name, offices and leadership while the deal strengthens IMA’s healthcare specialty and construction practice and grows the combined firm to roughly 1,700 associates.
