ImageFIRST Acquires Textile Care Services of Utah

ImageFIRST, a Calera Capital-backed national healthcare linen and laundry provider, acquired Textile Care Services (TCS) of Utah, giving ImageFIRST its first facility in Utah. The transaction keeps existing leadership (owner Rick Taft remains as general manager) and aims to expand ImageFIRST's geographic coverage and healthcare linen service capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
