Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering USA (ICE USA), backed by Godspeed Capital Management LP, acquired Southeastern Land Company (SLC), a right-of-way and easement acquisition and project management firm serving public infrastructure and utility projects across the Southeastern United States. The deal is described as the fourth platform add-on for ICE USA and extends its end-to-end project delivery capabilities into land acquisition and right-of-way services.

Anser Advisory, a portfolio company of Sterling Investment Partners, has merged with LaFata Contract Services (LCS), a King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based utility project and construction management firm. As part of the transaction IMB Partners exited its investment in LCS; the combination creates a national utility services platform of roughly 1,100 employees and strengthens Anser's capabilities and geographic presence for grid modernization and clean-energy projects.

AEA SBF Acquires CLS Management Services, Inc.
