IMB Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, made a strategic growth investment in Farwest Corrosion Control Company, a Downey, California-based cathodic protection and corrosion-control services and products provider. Stonehenge Capital Company provided a uni-tranche SBIC financing solution to support the transaction; Farwest will continue to be led by its existing management team as IMB helps expand its utility and infrastructure services capabilities.
