IMB Partners has made a growth equity investment and recapitalization in Richmond Wholesale Meat Co., a Richmond, California–based food manufacturer and long-time supplier to the U.S. military. The investment will fund strategic growth initiatives and expand Richmond's manufacturing and distribution capabilities; DCA Partners and Flaherty Capital Markets served as financial advisers and PNC Bank and Prudential Private Capital acted as lending partners.
