Impetus Wellness Group Acquires Reliance Vitamin

Impetus Wellness Group, a wellness-focused platform backed by AEA Investors' Small Business Private Equity (AEA SBPE), has acquired Reliance Vitamin from Swander Pace Capital and its partners. Reliance will become the first member of the Impetus VMS CMO platform and will continue to operate under CEO Linda Naselli as Impetus pursues additional partner acquisitions in the vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS) contract manufacturing space.
