Impilo, a Nordic healthcare-focused investment company, has acquired a majority stake in tandlægen.dk, Denmark’s leading dental clinic chain. The clinic leaders and management have reinvested part of their proceeds and will partner with Impilo to support further growth, quality improvements and digitalisation across the chain’s 52 clinics and ~800 employees.

Amplifon to Acquire GN Store Nord’s Hearing Business

Amplifon entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the hearing business of GN Store Nord A/S in a deal valued at DKK 17.0 billion (about $2.6 billion) on a cash-free and debt-free basis. The transaction is expected to create a vertically integrated global leader in audiology by combining Amplifon’s retail network with GN’s hearing technology and manufacturing capabilities, with expected closing by the end of 2026 subject to regulatory approvals and a required carve-out demerger.

KKR and Impilo Acquire Immedica Pharma

KKR and Nordic healthcare investor Impilo have completed a joint acquisition of Stockholm-based Immedica Pharma, with Immedica management reinvesting alongside the new owners. Immedica is a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company focused on rare and specialty diseases (notably hematology, oncology and genetic/metabolic disorders) with ~€100m revenue and more than 120 employees; CVC Credit provided debt financing and Impilo used a single-asset continuation fund supported by secondary investors.

Huizhou Jinghao (inHearing) Acquires Intricon's Hearing Health Business

Integra LifeSciences Acquires Acclarent, Inc.

Medable Acquires Omhu A/S from LEO Innovation Lab
