Improving Acquires iTexico

Improving, a PE-backed technology consulting firm, has merged with Austin-headquartered nearshore software provider iTexico. The transaction adds more than 300 professionals and creates a combined business with annualized revenue in excess of $115 million, expanding Improving's nearshore delivery capabilities in Mexico and local presence in Austin, Texas.
