Blue River Financial Group advised AquaPhoenix Scientific on the acquisition; AquaPhoenix’s acquisition is positioned as part of expanding technical expertise, geographic reach, and customer service capabilities.

Alliance, previously a portfolio company of MFG Partners and ORIX Corporation USA Private Equity Solutions, operates 14 locations across CA, AZ, NV and WA; Incline plans to support geographic and capability expansion and further consolidation in the sector. Terms were not disclosed; Baird served as financial advisor to Alliance.
