Industrial Physics Acquires Steinfurth

Industrial Physics, a Union Park Capital portfolio company, has acquired Steinfurth, a German specialist in electromechanical measuring systems for the beverage, food and pharmaceutical industries. The add-on expands Industrial Physics' test and inspection product portfolio and will leverage Industrial Physics' global sales and service footprint to broaden Steinfurth's reach into the U.S. and Asian markets.
