Infor Acquires ReServe Interactive (Efficient Frontiers, Inc.)

Infor has completed the acquisition of Efficient Frontiers, Inc. dba ReServe Interactive, a Livermore, California–based provider of cloud-based sales & catering, reservations and floor management software for the hospitality industry. The deal adds ReServe’s sales & catering capabilities to Infor CloudSuite Hospitality and expands Infor’s presence in non-hotel hospitality venues including entertainment centers, stadiums, wineries and conference centers.
