InfraServ (Gateway Dealer Network) Acquires Bobcat Southwest

InfraServ US, LLC — through its subsidiary Gateway Dealer Network — acquired the Bobcat Southwest dealership group, expanding the combined dealership footprint to 25 locations across 10 states. The acquisition, backed by sponsor Brightstar Capital Partners, adds six Southern California and Nevada locations and expands Gateway's sales, parts, service and rental capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
