inherent group Acquires Prodware's Private Cloud Business and Upper-Link

inherent group, with backing from Keensight Capital, has acquired Prodware's private cloud business and independent Microsoft partner Upper-Link to strengthen its IT services, cloud hosting and managed services capabilities. The Prodware transaction brings a portfolio of 180 private-cloud clients while Upper-Link (serving 400+ SMEs) expands inherent's Microsoft solutions and digital transformation offerings for SMEs in France.
