inherent Group, a Keensight Capital‑backed B2B cloud and connectivity services provider, has acquired Systonic, a French sovereign cloud and managed hosting specialist based near Bordeaux. The deal will integrate Systonic into inherent's adista brand to expand cloud and managed services capabilities, strengthen the group's regional data‑centre footprint in France, and deepen its public‑sector offering.
