Innovaccer has completed the acquisition of Pharmacy Quality Solutions (PQS), a leader in pharmacy-payer performance technology and operator of the EQUIPP platform. The deal expands Innovaccer's capabilities and pharmacy network coverage—PQS covers 95% of community pharmacies and connects payers, providers and pharmacies across Medicare, Medicaid and commercial populations.
