Innovance Inc., a 100% employee‑owned holding company based in Albert Lea, Minnesota, has acquired Jorgensen Conveyor and Filtration Solutions of Mequon, Wisconsin. The deal brings Jorgensen’s conveyors, coolant filtration and chip‑processing equipment into Innovance’s portfolio, retains all ~65 employees, and aligns the business with Innovance’s industrial manufacturing capabilities.
