Installed Building Products, Inc. (NYSE: IBP) announced the acquisition of Diamond Energy Systems, Inc. (DESI), a Minnesota-based mechanical insulation services company. The deal adds approximately $12 million in annual revenue and expands Installed Building Products’ mechanical insulation offerings across the Upper Midwest retrofit market.
