Installed Building Products Acquires Thermo-Tech Mechanical Insulation, Biomax Spray Foam Insulation, and CKV Finished Products

Installed Building Products, Inc. (NYSE: IBP) has completed three acquisitions to expand its insulation and complementary building products platform: Thermo-Tech Mechanical Insulation (acquired Feb. 2, 2026), Biomax Spray Foam Insulation (acquired Jan. 19, 2026), and CKV Finished Products (acquired Dec. 11, 2025). The deals add more than $22 million in combined annual revenue and broaden IBP’s footprint across residential and commercial/industrial end markets in multiple U.S. regions.
