(NYSE: IBP) has acquired WeatherSeal Insulation Co., LLC, a Charlottesville, Virginia-based provider of fiberglass and spray foam insulation for residential customers. The acquisition (approximately $6.4 million of annual revenue) expands IBP's presence in Virginia and adds to its ongoing roll-up strategy of insulation and complementary building-product installers.
