Integrity Marketing Group, an omnichannel insurtech platform based in Dallas, has partnered with and acquired J. Helbig & Company, a St. Louis–based life and annuities agency focused on federal employees. The transaction brings J. Helbig’s federal employee market expertise onto Integrity’s platform to expand product distribution and scale the agency’s offerings; financial terms were not disclosed.
