Intellias has acquired NorthLink Digital, a UK-based IT consultancy specializing in financial services and insurance, to strengthen its FS&I capabilities and UK presence. The deal will integrate NorthLink into Intellias' global delivery network, with NorthLink founder Graham Orrell becoming VP of Financial Services & Insurance Business, UK.
