Interfacial Consultants LLC, a NAGASE Group company, will acquire the 3D Printing group from M. Holland Company. The deal transfers M. Holland’s additive manufacturing assets, team and customer relationships to Interfacial to accelerate its EMPOWR3D additive manufacturing services and expand turnkey offerings to industrial end markets.
