Intertek Acquires Clean Energy Associates (CEA)

Intertek has entered into an agreement to acquire Clean Energy Associates (CEA), a specialist provider of quality assurance, technical services, supply chain traceability and downstream engineering support for the solar and energy storage industries. The acquisition expands Intertek’s Total Quality Assurance capabilities for renewable energy, combining CEA’s PV and storage technical expertise and global footprint (notably in the US and China) with Intertek’s global testing, inspection and certification network.
