Intuitive Machines has completed its acquisition of Lanteris Space Systems (formerly Maxar Space Systems) for $800 million, consisting of $450 million in cash and $350 million in Class A common stock (subject to closing adjustments). The deal expands Intuitive Machines into a vertically integrated, multi-domain space prime spanning LEO, MEO, GEO, cislunar, lunar, and deep-space capabilities.
