Investcorp Acquires Marble Point Credit Management

Investcorp has agreed to acquire Marble Point Credit Management LLC, a US-based CLO manager, to expand and scale its global credit platform. The deal will combine Marble Point's roughly $7.8 billion AUM with Investcorp Credit Management to create a larger credit platform (about $22 billion AUM) and strengthen Investcorp's CLO and broadly syndicated loan capabilities.
