Investment Metrics has acquired London- and Boston-based Style Analytics, a cloud-based SaaS platform for factor and ESG exposure analysis, from Horizon Capital. The deal expands Investment Metrics' portfolio analytics, reporting and data capabilities and extends its global footprint for institutional investment clients.
