Invictus Growth Partners Takes $37M Majority Stake in Campfire Interactive

Invictus Growth Partners has made a $37 million majority investment in Campfire Interactive, a Ann Arbor–based provider of SaaS profitability and forecasting software for manufacturers and automotive suppliers. The capital will be used to accelerate product innovation, expand sales and marketing, and scale Campfire’s machine-learning and analytics capabilities while existing investors retain a minority stake alongside the founders.
