IQ-EQ, an Astorg‑backed investor services group, has acquired Laven Compliance Limited to expand its UK regulatory compliance business. Laven Compliance, a UK- and U.S.-based provider of regulatory compliance, regulatory application support and operational due diligence for financial services clients, will join IQ-EQ's regulatory and compliance solutions team; the deal does not involve other parts of the Laven Group.
