IRIS Software Group has acquired AccountantsWorld, a New York–based provider of cloud accounting, payroll and practice-management solutions for CPA firms, to expand IRIS's footprint in North America. The deal integrates AccountantsWorld's suite into IRIS's accountancy portfolio to accelerate Client Accounting Services (CAS) offerings and broaden capabilities for North American accounting firms.
