IsoEnergy Ltd. to Acquire Anfield Energy Inc.

IsoEnergy Ltd. has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of Anfield Energy Inc. via a court-approved plan of arrangement. The deal is expected to expand IsoEnergy’s near-term U.S. uranium production capacity by securing ownership of Anfield’s Shootaring Canyon Mill and additional U.S. uranium/vanadium projects.

(UEC) agreed to acquire all outstanding common shares of UEX Corporation (UEX) via a statutory plan of arrangement, using a share exchange of 0.0831 UEC shares for each UEX share (implied C$0.43 per UEX share, ~50% premium). The deal, expected to close in Q3 2022, combines UEC's U.S. production-ready ISR assets and physical uranium holdings with UEX's Canadian exploration portfolio in Saskatchewan and Nunavut to create a larger North American-focused uranium company.
