IVX Health Acquires Precision Healthcare

IVX Health acquired Precision Healthcare, a Nashville-based operator of 12 ambulatory infusion centers in Tennessee and northern Arkansas. The acquisition was financed with preferred equity led by Linden Capital Partners and joined by McKesson Ventures, Health Velocity Capital, and Nueterra Capital; Precision was previously a subsidiary of BAI Healthcare Services (a portfolio company of EW Healthcare Partners).
