The deals include Tobago and Chantelle Group’s Morocco operations (Famaco and Atma facilities), which are expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary conditions.

Jumbo Jack's manager Jeanne Christensen (25 years' experience) will join Cookbook Specialists while production is consolidated to Print Express's Independence facility; terms were not disclosed.
