The deal brings MetaGeek’s Wi‑Fi expertise and products into Auvik’s platform to expand capabilities for IT teams and managed service providers.

Avionté Acquires AkkenCloud

Sogelink Acquires Netisys to Expand Infrastructure Management Software Offering

Sogelink, a France-based provider of software solutions for the infrastructure and construction sector, has acquired Netisys, a French software vendor specializing in infrastructure and asset management. The deal is supported by Sogelink's backers, Keensight Capital and CVC Capital Partners, and expands Sogelink's public-domain management capabilities across road, rail and port infrastructure. Netisys' team including its co-founders will join Sogelink as part of the transaction.
