Premise Health Acquires CareHere

Premise Health, a leading direct health care provider, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire CareHere, a provider of wellness centers serving self-funded organizations. The deal expands Premise Health’s onsite, nearsite and digital care capabilities, broadens its public-sector and university reach, and brings the combined organization to roughly $1 billion in annual revenue and coverage of about 11 million eligible lives.
