Procurement Partners, a procure-to-pay (P2P) provider backed by Serent Capital, has acquired On.Care, an e-procurement solution for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The deal combines the two companies’ e-procurement platforms to expand vendor networks, cross-sell opportunities, and technology capabilities across post-acute care and senior living customers; terms were not disclosed.

SilverAssist Acquires Oasis Senior Advisors

The acquisition adds roughly $56 million in annual revenue, more than 30 providers (26 physicians reported in some disclosures) and over 4,500 Medicare patients, strengthening Genuine Health's presence in the Hialeah/Greater Miami senior care market.
