Sunstone Partners completed acquisitions of Evergreen Systems, Cerna Solutions and Novo/Scale and combined them into a single, independent ServiceNow-focused consulting business to expand capabilities and accelerate growth across ServiceNow workflows. The combination brings together expertise in ITSM, ITOM, security/GRC, managed services and integrations to better serve enterprise customers across financial services, government, healthcare and other verticals.
