Alliance will continue to operate independently within Evergreen’s Pine Services Group platform, with Managing Partner Mike Griffith remaining in place to help accelerate market expansion and enhance its Alliance Connects consulting-as-a-service offering.

Evergreen Services Group Acquires ImageQuest
