DXP Enterprises Acquires Pump Solutions

DXP Enterprises, Inc. has acquired Pump Solutions, a Texas-based distributor and service provider focused on water and wastewater pumps, controls, and related repair services. The deal, announced after a definitive agreement signed December 1, 2025, expands DXP's Water platform in Texas and adds technical sales and service capabilities to its national water and wastewater footprint.

The Toro Company Acquires The Charles Machine Works

The Toro Company completed its acquisition of privately held The Charles Machine Works, the parent company of Ditch Witch and other underground-construction brands. The deal was valued at approximately $700 million, financed with new debt and borrowings under Toro's credit facility; Toro expects about $30 million of synergies over three years and that the transaction is immediately accretive to EPS (excluding certain adjustments).

LRS Acquires Ditch & Associates

Thermal Technology Distribution Solutions Acquires Southwest Heater and Controls

Thermal Technology Distribution Solutions (TTDS), a distribution platform established by Gryphon Investors, has acquired Southwest Heater and Controls (SWHC), a Dallas-based value-added distributor of industrial electric heaters, sensors, controls and technical support to manufacturers. SWHC's management, led by Chris and David Hawkins, will remain with the business and retain a significant equity stake; terms were not disclosed.

Viking Fence and Crossplane Capital Acquire Hook-N-Haul Dumpsters

Viking Fence, with backing from Crossplane Capital, has acquired Hook-N-Haul Dumpsters, a dumpster rental provider serving the greater Austin metroplex. The acquisition adds dumpster rental capabilities to Viking's temporary site services and building-products platform, supporting geographic and capability expansion across Texas. Hook-N-Haul was founded in 2013 and operates two locations with a fleet of 12- to 40-yard dumpsters; the business was owned by Stacy and Joanie Shamblin prior to the sale.

TIPCO Technologies (Platte River Equity) Adds Hose of South Texas
