(PTI), a single-facility EMS provider in Plano, Texas. The add-on expands VIRTEX's NPI, ultra-low-volume and flex/rigid-flex assembly capabilities and strengthens its presence in the Texas aerospace and defense corridor.

The acquisition strengthens ISC's capacity for complex, high-reliability assemblies serving aerospace, space and defense customers and retains Tri-Tek's president to oversee integration.

Vortex Companies Acquires ETECAS UG

The Vortex Companies, LLC acquired ETECAS UG, a Germany-based developer and manufacturer of trenchless rehabilitation and UV curing equipment headquartered in Dietmannsried. The acquisition strengthens Vortex’s in-house manufacturing capabilities and expands its end-to-end UV CIPP solution offering; financial terms were not disclosed.
