Soundcore Capital Partners Launches TrussPoint with Majority Investment in Ridge Top Exteriors

Soundcore Capital Partners has made a majority investment in Ridge Top Exteriors and launched a new platform, TrussPoint Roofing & Exterior Renovations, to pursue a buy-and-build strategy in the residential exterior services market. TrussPoint named Chad Colony as CEO and will use Ridge Top (headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin) as its initial platform company to expand across roofing, siding, windows/doors, gutters and solar services.

The deal expands TrussPoint's Northeast footprint and will provide Mario's with operational support and growth capital as part of a national roll-up strategy; terms were not disclosed.

Confluence Point Holdings has acquired Perry's Roofing, a Pleasantville, New York-based residential re-roofing contractor, and launched Eastern Exterior Partners (EXP) as a platform to scale exterior home services across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. The deal is supported by investors including Pacific Lake Partners, HighVista Strategies, and TTCER Partners and will pursue organic growth and add-on acquisitions to expand roofing, gutters, siding and related services.
