Soundcore Capital Partners has made a majority investment in Ridge Top Exteriors and launched a new platform, TrussPoint Roofing & Exterior Renovations, to pursue a buy-and-build strategy in the residential exterior services market. TrussPoint named Chad Colony as CEO and will use Ridge Top (headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin) as its initial platform company to expand across roofing, siding, windows/doors, gutters and solar services.

Eaton — founded in the early 1990s and operating multiple locations across Kansas — provides residential roofing, siding, windows & doors, and gutter services; financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction is an add-on acquisition to expand Northpoint's network and footprint in the U.S. residential roofing market.

US LBM (Bain Capital Portfolio) Acquires Deco Truss

US LBM, a portfolio company of Bain Capital Private Equity, has acquired Deco Truss, a Miami-based manufacturer and supplier of structural roof and floor trusses serving South Florida and the Caribbean. Deco Truss will operate as a unit of US LBM's Raymond Building Supply and Mario R. Espiñeira, Jr. will continue to lead day-to-day operations; Skyway Capital Markets served as exclusive advisor to the seller (the Espiñeira family).

Halmos Capital and NewSpring Back Northpoint Roofing Systems; Northpoint Acquires Master Roofers
