Highview Capital Makes Growth Investment in Safety Marking

Los Angeles-based private equity firm Highview Capital has made a minority growth investment in Safety Marking (SMC), a Bridgeport, Connecticut–headquartered highway and roadway marking company. Founder Mark Kelly will retain a significant stake and remain President as the partnership aims to support SMC's continued geographic and service expansion in the Northeastern United States.
