Marmon Holdings Acquires AP Emissions Technologies

Marmon Holdings Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company, has acquired AP Emissions Technologies, LLC, a manufacturer of catalytic converters, mufflers and exhaust systems headquartered in Goldsboro, North Carolina. AP's management team will remain in place and Marmon expects to invest in innovation and automation to grow AP's manufacturing and fulfillment capabilities across the automotive aftermarket and truck end markets.

Catalyst Power Acquires AP Gas & Electric (NY) LLC

Catalyst Power Holdings LLC acquired AP Gas & Electric (NY) LLC, expanding Catalyst Power's retail energy footprint across New York State and enabling the addition of natural gas, community solar, and Connected Microgrid offerings to AP G&E NY's middle-market commercial and industrial customers. The acquisition is backed by BP Energy Partners, the private equity sponsor of Catalyst Power, and represents an add-on to Catalyst Power's platform to accelerate deployment of lower-carbon energy solutions.

Technip Energies Acquires Ecovyst's Advanced Materials & Catalysts Business

Technip Energies has completed the acquisition of Ecovyst’s Advanced Materials & Catalysts (AM&C) segment in a transaction reported around $556 million, bringing approximately 330 AM&C employees into Technip. Ecovyst expects net proceeds of about $530 million (using $465 million to pay down term debt), while Technip said the deal expands its catalysts and advanced materials capabilities to support sustainable fuels, circular chemistry and carbon-capture applications.

MIRATECH Acquires Advanced Catalyst Systems (ACS)

MIRATECH, a Tulsa-based provider of emissions and acoustic control solutions, has acquired Advanced Catalyst Systems (ACS), a Maryville, Tennessee manufacturer of catalyst technologies and emission control systems. The acquisition expands MIRATECH’s U.S. catalyst manufacturing capacity, strengthens its East Tennessee footprint, and brings ACS' proprietary coating and substrate capabilities into MIRATECH’s platform to accelerate R&D and support growing emissions-compliance demand.

Innovative Emissions Control Inc. Acquires Cormetech, Inc.

Innovative Emissions Control Inc. (IEC), a special-purpose investment company founded by John Moore and Edoardo Bugnone, has completed a transaction to acquire Cormetech, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. IEC said the investment will provide growth capital and long-term ownership stability to support Cormetech's global expansion and development of new technologies, including work in carbon capture and water treatment.

Sylmar Group Acquires Eastern Technologies, Inc. (ETI)
