ReFocus Eye Health, a portfolio company of Zenyth Partners, has acquired Ellipse Eye Group, a consortium of eight leading ophthalmology practices in northern New Jersey. Citizens M&A Advisory served as exclusive financial advisor to Ellipse; the transaction will integrate the practices into the ReFocus platform to support growth across the Tri-State market and provide centralized operational resources.
