ReFocus Eye Health Acquires Soll Eye

ReFocus Eye Health, a physician-led eye care platform backed by Zenyth Partners, has acquired Soll Eye, bringing the practice’s four locations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey into the ReFocus network. The deal adds Soll Eye’s seven doctors and staff to ReFocus’s platform to expand its presence in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets and enhance clinical and optical services for patients.
